On 15th December, Industry Interaction Cell of IIM Jammu organised a guest lecture on "Creating Career through Massive Rapport Building". The speaker of the session was Prof P S Rathore-Strategist, Leadership Expert and Firewalk Trainer. The discussion ranged from rapport building techniques in the corporate world to the application of Neuro-linguistic programming in our daily lives. Mr Rathore stressed on the importance of communication through non-verbal cues for shaping our interaction with others in business and interpersonal relationships. Learning was imbibed through many lively activities that involved active participation from students.
